Fuze Percussion Pettman No 5 General Service.

This fuze was introduced MK 1 in 1866 and Mk 11 in 1877.
Used on any smooth-bore, RBL or Rifled muzzle-loader shells with GS gauge but was not reliable for rifled shells.
Stamped A 2 at the top.
