Fuze probable ww1

This one has me puzzling.
When I look inside I can see 5 tabs (cirkeld in blue) this probable arms the fuze during the rotation leaving the barrel.
it was found by a Belgium friend in Brugge Belgium.

it's a german navy Krupp percussion fuze of 1st WW.
