Damn, the bullet weighs more than the boat. They don't even need to use explosive filled bombs, the concrete filled ones will work fine! I remember when they first began using the 500 Lb. Paveway I's in Vietnam for killing tanks. They called it "Tank Plinking".
 
The article advised it was a -10. Looking at some other pics, elsewhere, I agree, the pictured bomb is a -24.
 
Yes, it looks like a Paveway III (GBU-24). It's like using a nuke to kill a foxhole. Use the most expensive version of a LGB with Mk84 bomb, instead of something small like a GBU-12 or a GBU-39 Minibomb, or a Hellfire which can be carried by a drone.
