It could also go to the 750 Lb. M117. If you were to list the inside diameter of the ring where it mates to the bomb, then it would be much easier to ID. The "guess what it is" contest is a different post. It actually looks like it fits on the M117. The Mk. series fins are longer and more tapered with smaller fins.
I measured the inside of the ring on my fin that looks just like yours. The inside of the ring that slips over the bomb is 325mm diameter. The outside of the ring would be around 350mm.
