5 years late but I found this lid in my unsorted items for the Smoke Generator No5 Mk11.
Australian, filled at St.Marys (MY) in 1973. I may not have the generator part?
Odd that the Bonnex diagram says obsolete in 1946 when it was still used by Australia in 1973.
Perhaps only obsolete in UK at that time.
