Any ideas on a identification for this 130-MM German Shrapnel projectile?

I don't have a length, and this was a German wooden Mock-Up found at the Aberdeen Ordnance Museum.

Do you know what color the round should be? The document says it has red rings to determine the way the balls are in the projo. So I am guessing the round is not red.

In the french 1919 edition of "Artillerie allemande - les projectiles" it is blue, in some other documentations it is grey
