Does anyone have any tech data on this item?

It has DM13 and DM 1023 stamped on the projectile
DM1 on the cartridge case base ...
And DM 14 on the Primer.

Question ... so is this a DM13 round using a DM1023 projectile?

DM1023 is the designation of the projectile casing and DM13 from the complete projectile.
