I found recently this powder container.
Sweden purchased in 1918 12 howizers from Germany, they were developed from 21 cm H 10 and called 21 cm H 17.
Sweden sold to Finland 4 guns with ammo in 1939.
In container fits nicely a brass case for 21 cm H 17: 210 x 232 x R 236
However I wonder that the container is very long, 450 mm high. I have a Finnish manuals from WW2, in one page they say that powder pouches are 4, total weight 3670 g, the other page says that 9 powder bags, total weight is 5420 g. In manual pictures show that all pouches fit in case.
So, why this extra length? Or is the container for something else? The container looks very much German, but has no markings, except paint markings on lid.
Does anyone have a manual for this gun, or 21 cm H 10?
