Anyone could help me to ID the bomb?

Tail unit doesn’t match, due to the aluminium adapter.

I agree with Millsbomber. If you could remove the adaptor it might fit. Would the screws that hold the adaptor to the tail unit match the holes in the bomb?

so the SC 250 tail don't have the aluminium adapter, but used on SD 250. is it correct?

The aluminium adapter i think fits another type of bomb, incendiary or illuminating, the tails are held in place by the filler screw on bottom of bomb

Try one of the Nebelbombe Cylindrisch (NC). If it's supposed to be a 250 kg-class bomb, the NC250 S.
