German 250kg fin with Jericho Gerat?

I found this German 250kg tail fin. I think for SC.
The fins appear to have attachments for the Jericho gerat. Could it be used on the Stuka?

i have found them on many bombs, not only for the Stuka, the blitz in UK hear them all through the conflict
