Hello,

Does anyone could give me more details on this round (pictures from internet).
First time I see a 2cm with pzgr shape with only one yellow ring above the driving band. I assume for a yellow tracer. But what is the filling and the designation ?

Regards

Hi Minenaz16,
This is not one i have seen before, the only MG151/20 to have a yellow (Tracer) band above the driving band is a Ub projectile but that would not normally be painted black and would have arrows stamped in the body. I have seen a Ph projectile witjh a yellow band as yours but also with the Ph stencil and blue band. are there any makings on the base fuze/tracer pocket ?
Best regards Weasel.

Hello,

Yoda, nothing in Deminest. I have a lot of german original documentation (maybe the same used by HB to write Deminest series) and I can't find this round.

Weasel, sorry but I don't have other pictures. The shell seems to be fitted with a base fuze.

I found only this russian doc :

I would say looking at one in my collection that you are correct and it is a base fuze with tracer. I have attached a picture to show it, the round is a APHE in MGFF case,
Best regards Weasel.

I haven't taken time to watch the fuze, I was focused on the yellow band, and I don't recognize this base fuze (if it's a fuze...).
I assume the fuze you show is a Bdz1512 ; the device on my pictures seems different.

The owner didn't take photos of all markings.
Maybe something like Ph on this picture.

Ok, found it in my doc.
WP filling with a different tracer from the one I know (screw shape).
