German 5cm Tank round found at car boot fair

Hi all,

i picked up this german 5cm round today, it has a C22 primer in the base so automatically thought Tank round! It's dated 1941, has a fair amount of the brass wash present but sadly a couple of holes in the casing. The best bit is I found it at a car boot sale for £60. I'm thinking I got a good deal I would be interested to hear your opinions. Thanks,

stuart

Not bad, not bad at all. A shame the primer was drilled but as far as it was £60 it was still worth it.
Does the projectile have it's base fuze?

I also happened to get one of these in the mail yesterday too! Very happy with it but the casing is in worse condition and no primer. It will do until I can find a replacement casing. Projectile is in good shape however!
