Is this a practice or an instructional 7.5cm ?

Hi Dave, it looks like it has a copper band, that i have never seen if it is

The driving band shows that it was fired, so it was probably not instructional.
Practice or Übung projectile contained about 190 g of explosive. The body is the same as normal round.
So this was probably a dud that someone worked on.
Any markings on the fuze?

Hi Mick I was told it was a copper , KPS drive band and the fuse is made from steel in one piece with the top shoulder,these threw me a bit and thought I would ask and see what people came up with
The bottom of the round is solid like a HE and there's no markings or stamps on any part

The driving band is plain copper, not KPS. There were not such thin KPS bands.

These inert shells were used for target practise and also in very large quantities for testing (testing delivered shell lots, testing delivered case lots, barrel lifetime firings, testing recoil, testing powder lots, and many, many more).
