I did not find any 7,5cm Pzgr. 36 in "D460, Geschoβringbuch" from 1939.
Can you tell where this projectile is documented, please ?

Hi sgdbdr,
if You look at the H.Dv.481/13 from 1936 You will see that no ammunition for the le FK 16 n.A has this groove. (Note also the older designation variant)
It is present in the HDv 481/32 from 1940 and the Ringbuch drawing is from 1941.
IMHO the groove was introduced later when projectile was used in fixed ammo.
