Sometimes we find a strange german HE 7.7cm.
As this shell is not mentionned in our documentation, we call it "7.7cm K.Gr.15 Umg". It's not the 7.7cm K.Gr.16 because the length without fuze is 243/244mm.
I assume it's a later version of the 7.7cm K.Gr.15 with a new base (two driving bands), maybe for the Fk16.
Length w/o fuze : 243/244mm
Base to first band : 27mm
