This is one of my favorites in the collection as it retains all of its original markings. There is a faint "91" on the other side to designate its explosive type. All of the "FES" markings on my German shells are done quite crudely.

Very nice condition. Judged by the width of the drivingband it is for the 7,5 cm Pak 97/38.
