Maybe you can't find the solution beause it's not a German 8.8cm. It could be (quite sure) a French Navy 90mm (maybe captured) with damaged fuze Schneider mod 25S

German driving bands were made of copper (Kupfer), sintered iron (German abbreviation Fe, FES) or soft steel (Weicheisen) with copper layer on the outside (abbreviation KPS).

OEA stands for "Obus Explosif Acier" (Steel HE Shell).
OEFA was also made ("Obus Explosif Fonte Aciérée = Cast Iron HE Shell)

DCA stands for "Défense Contre Avions" (=AA, anti-aircrafts). DCA is usually used for guns designation. Official designation of guns are often "Canon CA" (canon contre avion = AA gun)
