german 88 with brass case

Ive been a busy boy lately at the weekends doing a few jobs,so ive been diverting most of the loot to the house refurb but i couldnt resist a couple of treats last week at Malvern on saturday.

I believe its not the correct one for this shell?

Im bumping this thread for AndyD to look at the fuze plus i would like advice on how to keep the case clean please?

Cheers!,im guessing that these were captured German ordnance that was re-worked by the Finns?

they were allied, I know finnish used german ordnance after the ww2,

The waff stamps are there and thats all that matters for me!;)

Hi waff nice shell most finnish postwar flak shells had the cases painted a gloss pale grey ,also german warships used 88mm flak guns and your fuze is a navy one i think ,so its possible it was used navaly .
