German Artillery Primer

See many times the same for us guns but that as an german primer... Never.

Notwithstanding the German stamping on the base, it looks very much like a small British Vent, Tube. What is the diameter of the main body? If it is a copy, one assumes it might have been made for 'Beute' weapons.

Yes it's for captured Czech (Jugoslavian, Polish) Skoda guns and howitzers. Nomenclature is unclear to me, I found similar as "Zündhülse 06 (p)" and "11 mm Zündhülse" or "Zündhülse 37".
