German bomb (?) Abhazya 1941 - needs ID

This bomb is supposed to have been dropped by the Luftwaffe during the 1941 offensive on the Caucasus.
It looks more as a makeshift bomb (the nose fuze seems to be an old artillery fuze) or an unknown model (at least to me) of Soviet (?) bomb
The object is in display in a Museum at Sukhumi, capital of present day Republic of Abkhazia.
Can someone identify it?

Thanks ! Following your answers I checked in the Pyreev & Reznichenko and it's indeed the 1938 version of the ZAB-10 TG.
