EODONE found these documents whilst going through his fathers papers it appears to show what would have happened had the German invaded , are there any readers of German who could translate for John please

can't see any connection between the both sheets??

the meaning of the written text is:
order/command!
all stocks/supplies in blockhouses, strongpoints and similar are intended to guarantee the fitness for battle even in case of being encircled by the enemy for a longer time. those who purloined these supplies are committing a crime against the security of themselves and their comrades. appropriations out of the supplies threaten the strength of the Wehrmacht.
therefore they would be severly punished.
on damaging military materials stands death penalty!
