What aspects and specifications a decoration item must have so to be legal inside Germany.
With different methods of deactivation in different countries there are decoration items that, by the German law are not legal in Germany but at the same time legal in other countries..
So i need to find the German Law (say it like that, as i do not know what i am looking for) that explains how each item should be so to be legal inside Germany.
Holes, drills, diameters, welds, cuts etc....
Just to be sure and not find any problems in the future..
Can anyone help ?
if for some reason this is a classified information please advise...
Hello, for weapons you have to go to a company that can provide you with papers as far as I know all weapons must be deactivated by a company, not privat also the weapon must have a stamp who did the deactivation, when we talk about ordnance, you can never do it and you have to call the Police, regards Ben
