German detonator tube??

hi all.
Ive been having a sort out and found this small carboard tube with german writing on it. I think i bought it years ago labeled as a packaging tube for a detonator.
Can anyone translate the writing and let me know what it really is?:tinysmile_grin_t: its 3 cm long by 8mm diameter
