Hi please see drawing of a german flame thrower used in Guernsey , these were emplaced at road junctions etc and were intended to be let off at advancing trops etc, the unit is mounted on a small base for easy showing and is on show at fort hommett a restored bunker in Guernsey
this bunker was restored by the channel islands occupation society and was opened by Major clements of task force 135 in May 1995
