There is a 1943 German Second world war training film on You tube or whatever its called titled Mnner gegen Panzer (Men against Tanks). It shows how to grenade is meant to be used in action.

The book is entitled: "Men Against Tanks" By John Weeks (1975).

They blew up real T-34s and a KV-1 and used live ordnance too. The book isn't shabby either.
