Hi Harry,
The RHS one is a CHUBB spline security key which I believe are still available to purchase (for window locks etc as per Dave's comment) - most locksmiths stores should have them or can order them / if not the CHUBB brand something similar (see photo)
From memory they may be available in several sizes (diameters) - of course may need a little "customization" to fit.
Your local hardware store may have them as well.
