German made Bofors case???

Is that a German made Bofors case I've just been looking at on SA? If so,
I can't say that I've seen many of those!!!!

where "sa" stands for?
no, they are not so very common, but they are not rare to.

This is the Navy ( M - Marine ) accepted 4cm Bofors, but there are also normal Army WaA ones.
