German Nico Smoke Grenade DM 32 A1 B1.

I need information on this Nico smoke grenade DM 32 A1 B1 from 2018. 60.5mm diameter. 166mm high.
Is it military use? Aluminium body, blue/grey band.
The cap is brown and does not come off, just spins around. It it threaded or a flip off style cap?
What is the smoke colour?
