German ordnance on Malta

Did you visit the Cathedral in Mosta ? If one is interested in historical ordnance, this is a compulsory visit. In a side room, behind the altar, the same german bomb can be marveled at, as the one that went through the roof, while the church was full of people, but did not detonate. The "Wonder of Mosta". I showed it to a friend 2 years ago and made some photos. Malta is a treasure trove of historical ordnance from 400 years. Even the bollards (?), to which the ships are fastened with ropes, are old cannons. They had so much of those.

Here is a photo I took of the bomb in the Mosta Cathedral in October 2010.

I was told that the bomb is a replica as the actual bomb was taken out to sea for controlled detonation.
