German Parachute Mine Part

Just found this which I have had for quite a while now.

It is nicely framed with the ARP button and a little plate stating Part of a Nazi Parachute Mine

It only looks to be a bit of fabric in there, does it look like anything that could be genuine? Cant seem to find any pictures of the parachutes themselves to see if it is a part of that.
