He should have sold the tank. They are worth about £2m now.

He can still sell it, and also the 88mm flak. He has two years to sell it to a museum or collector of choice.
And with that , he's lucky, because in the Netherlands the state would coonfiscate it, sell it off for a couple of millions and keep the money.
