German (Presumed) Shaped Charge WHd

I'd be obliged if an expert on German* munitions would id this shaped charge warhead for me. It is 76mm diameter and 215mm long. The head is steel but the body is a plastic material (limiting its ability to withstand high G forces). The liner is steel.

(* I am assuming it is German - 'cos it looks like it to me).

Hmm Bonnex,
It vaguely resembles on a SD4HL but bad copy. Or, other possibility, it's a didactic piece. The fuze may let think on the ElAZ 66, but from very far !
