German signal lamp????

I got this on a local flea market, I was told it was complete, but after close examination, I think it is an almost complete set for a (missing) German carbite lamp

The handbook is on an A7 format and written in Ghotic
the Inhalts xxxxeichnis gives the content that should be included.

I marked the missing Items with an (m)
Does anybody have more information about this lamp.
Could anybody translate the manual (about 10 pages of an A7 format document (an A4 page folded in two for 3 times or 10,5x7,5com in Ghotic writing))
The majority of the components are made in Bakelite, by efv, there is an other symbol made of an A, D and T2 and a number

There seem to be no waffenampt on any of the metallic parts
The dimensions are 21x11x9 cm

On the translation there are several German to English translation site (many free of charge) where you might be able to get a loose translaton of text. A bit tedious but has helped me in the past (google German to English translation)........Dano
