I know reading an old ww2 booby trap manual that i have that belonged to a mine clearing engineer that these TMi43 fuze's were a real problem, he noted that nothing could be done to disarm a mine fitted with a Tm43 fuse and had to be blown, as you set it off just before it unscrewed.
