german ww1 (almost) 77mm bimetal casing

Hello everyone.
Got my hands on a peculiar german artillery casing and I need to inquire the collective mind - what are it's original dimensions and what gun was it used for? I couldn't find anything conclusive online...
It is an ersatz type, with the ferrous bottom part, now it stands at 148mm overall length and aprox. 77mm mouth diameter (it was squished at one time and the mouth measurement isn't consistent).
