It is similar to the 80x160R torpedo impulse cartridge........but of course this one is rimless......so i don't know but would guess at some kind of naval auxilliary ctg.

Torpedo Impulse Cartridges are used in above water torpedo tubes. When fired the gas generated is used to push the torpedo out of the tube and into the water.
There is a breech on the outside of the tube to take the cartridge.
