Great War Lee-Enfield oiler

I just got a Lee-Enfield oiler marked "Ꙟ Gabriel Birmᴹ crown W7 13". What is ᴹ? It is underlined. May it be "Manchester"?.

I assume "13" is the year.​

I'll post pictures later, I am on the move, driving to South Carolina.

I think it is just the last M in Birmingham when abbreviated ?

It was called ENFIELD STUFF website but seems under re-model now so maybe not usable?
It had a good section on all oil bottle makers which I copied but does not let me send or re-copy? Check it out. Ron.
