Late for this but I remember these from 80s. The spigot launched versions were particularly interesting. I have several catalogs. Like many LTL catalogs they dont have issue dates.

2. 202 pocket. Interesting that it looks like ports are covered but fuse fired. Safety clip missing. Early catalog pics appears to have few marking like yours.
