It has similar appearance to czech RG 34, may be other model?

Sorry it is not.
Since this is the practice version it is a RG-Cv-5.

Same as EOD said. I think it uses a smoke charge or similar, that emits smoke from the hole so you can find it again. They usually have a burnt charge smell to them.
