Grenade question

I believe Lexpev had this as a Danish grenade. Using Google translate for the word Sjokk it switches over and says Norwegian, "Shock". Can anyone confirm, is it Danish of Norwegian, and is it a flash-bang/offensive?

Does anyone know what company uses RVE? The Ordnance Grenade Encyclopedia has that manufacturers code on the shipping container for the M100.
