Grenade, Rifle, No. 31 MKII Info Search

My interest is dissemination of propaganda leaflets. I recently came across a reference that in WWI the UK used a No. 31 MKII rifle grenade for either daylight signal or propaganda leaflets. The IWM (catalogue no. MUN 1455) has very limited info online. If there is info on BOCN about this item, I missed it. I am requesting any pictures or information this august group may be willing to share.
Thank you.

Doug . Here's pics of a No 32 Mk 2 & another similar one that has been sectioned . The No 32 is very similar to the No 31 apart from the type of signal pyrotechnics used . I've never seen one marked for leaflet use but I'm sure they probably existed & I'd also be very interested to see any paper work that confirms . Mike

Doug and Mike,

I remember the grenade in question and feel sure I photographed it many years ago but I regret I could not find a picture today (a 1970s vintage negative). My recollection is that the 31/32 'carrier' was fitted with a French leaflet dispensing cartridge.
