These DIArm drawings are from a publication dated November 1945 and are likely to reflect the 1945 to 1948 marking system, rather than he pre 1945 system. Unfortunately there are no grenade packages for comparison in ISA & APM 1948 Edn. , but there may be other publications that I do not have.
