Gwewehrblendgranate 42 & Gewehrnebelgranate 42

Is it correct that the German smoke rifle grenades “Gewehrblendgranate 42” and “Gewehrnebelgranate 42” are identical except the filling? As far as I can find is the filling for the Blendgranate Titaniumthetrachloride and for the Nebelgranate White Phosphorus.

Another question: what are he markings on a “Gewehrnebelgranate 42”

According to Michael Heidler's excellent book both look the same from outside, but internally they are quite different.
 
I know this is an old thread, but I just came across this drawing on the internet and wanted to post it for you. Unfortunately I do not understand Russian.
