Does anypne have some diagrams/information of typical British types ? Solid & shell -

I am concidering two, but none have the broad arrow - is this unusual. ?
The common shell type, I'm presuming only one hole that the wood fuze was tapped into -
Is there a standard size ie 5.82 " or ?
I am not familier with these at all -
Images as sent to me, from the Kingston Ontario Canada area, which would be the place to find such over the years.
