I saw it in a display case at the Royal Highland Fusiliers Museum.

Agreed, though the term flechette is no longer used in that context, it was at the time.

I've never seen the second one before, but the first one in the article is on display at Muse de l'Arme in Paris along with a couple of other interesting looking darts. No photos right now - at work.
