Mike, I think you know, it`s photo from Ukraine. Made near Ukrainian-Russian border after shooting from another country to Ukranian forces near Lugansk. It`s rocket for 9K57 Uragan. Photo made few days ago. What type of warhead I don`t know. I haven`t found photos, where we can see marking.

P.S. On my opinion it`s 300-mm 9K58, because 220-mm doesn`t looks like so big.

sure looks bigger then a 220mm in the picture, don;t know why I didn;t think rocket when looking at it

It almost looks improvised where the fins are attached, and what looks like the welded areas have rusted. But the tail end definitely looks like a rocket motor.
