Help need with id of two Grenades

Picked up these two today can anyone help with their id the one looks to be British but cant find any marking on them , thank you for any help

Second one looks like No16 British shape. Used by other countries (Estonia, Poland, etc)

Just a guess, unfinished or made for a stick like Vietnamese grenades.
Brass plug seems to be expensive !

What about the 'Mills' type base plug? Could it possibly be a half complete grenade that would have been filled with a All Ways fuze set?

Well the Great War was a frantic place for development of the All Ways fuze, so it is probably WW1.
