Help needed with Id of this fuze

Can anyone ID this fuze ? Looks German to me but can't find any info on it , Thank you for any help

Based on the nature of the bottom end of it, with that brass cover, im thinking it has something to do with a mine, as i have a mine fuze that has a brass disposable cap on the end just like yours that would have been removed to have fuze placed on top, and bottom end was placed in mine i think if i remember correctly. Hope that helps
