Help on an ID

I need help on an ID here - I've seen this before but cannot remember where. Trying to ID for a friend, any ideas?

Do you know what country its from?? It doesn't look Japanese or German, perhaps Italian?

I think this is chech republic.
I'm off to france tomorrow so it will be a couple of days to verifiy it.

It is indeed a Czechian fuze used on 20 end 50 Kg bombs I dont know the nomanclature.
