Help on identification

Can anyone tell me about this shell casing and the "bullet" the bottom has no markings. I am not sure if the top piece is correct to the bottom. Any help appreciated.

The projectile looks like a 1" Nordenfelt projectile, since it is jacketed

The Aiming Rifle projectiles were solid lead, sometimes with a gas check on the base.
